It all begins with your phone call or email to us.

Our helpful, friendly staff will discuss your requirements and, if needed, arrange a home visit. You tell us what you want your new piece of furniture to do for you and we will work out the initial drawings to make sure we are thinking the same things! Once we have decided on materials and finishes and given you all of your options, we can usually give you an estimated price.

Once the base drawings and price are agreed we will create accurate drawings with correct dimensions for you to look at and confirm. As soon as we've received your confirmation we will send you a deposit invoice which is usually 50% of the total. This can be paid via BACS, cheque or credit or debit card. We will also give you an estimated fitting date which will be confirmed closer to the time.

This is the stage where everything is set in stone regarding materials, finishes and colours. You have agreed the specifications and sizes of your new piece of furniture and have paid your deposit. The building of your furniture is in progress and you can start to get very excited!

When we are nearing completion in our Surrey workshop we will call you to give an exact time and date for installation. This is fairly flexible and we are more than happy to collect keys from yourselves if you are confident leaving us in your home to work. 

We will arrive on the day with all of the tools and materials required to install your units. We don't need anything from yourself except for asking that the room is cleared as much as possible and, more importantly, cleared of anything breakable or valuable (sentimental or monetary). We are fully covered by a £2,000,000 public liability insurance policy but would much rather avoid the situation of needing to use it!

When the fit is complete and to your satisfaction we will clear the site of all rubbish and leave your room clean and tidy. You can then begin to enjoy your new custom made piece from Elite Interiors London.

Your balance is due upon completion and can be paid by BACS, which is our preferred method of payment or cheque/card. We will forward a final invoice to you.
